In 2007, more than 57,000 residential units were sold in the state. That's a 5 percent drop compared to the more than 60,000 units sold in 2006.

There was little change in price and average days on the market for the year - $157,008 and 123 days.
The year ended with 498,741 homes listed for sale, up more than 24 percent for the same time period in 2006.

Home prices dropped more than 4 percent to $154,000 and number of days on the market increased more than 8 percent to 130 days for the month.
