American Dream Down Payment Assistance
The American Dream Down Payment Act is a down payment assistance initiative that allows grants to be given to participating jurisdictions to assist low-to-mid-income families and uniformed employees such as policemen, firemen, sanitation, maintenance workers, and teachers who are employees of the participating state to achieve homeownership.

Arkansas Support Network. Arkansas Support Network's Affordable Housing program, established in 1991, assists individuals in locating affordable housing with an emphasis on homeownership. Since its inception, the program has assisted seventeen individuals who have disabilities in becoming homeowners.
Arkansas Teacher Housing Development Foundation provides rental assistance and forgivable loans of up to $10,000 or 10% of the purchase price of a home for experienced teachers who work in a "high-priority" school district for five years.
